From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was absolutely impressed! Every single detail was perfect, from the reception to my room, and even the bar and restaurant. The staff truly made the experience exceptional: they were very professional, warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The fact that the room is cleaned twice a day, such a thoughtful touch that made everything even more comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I ve never been prouder to visit my home country. The hotel is absolutely stunning from the entrance to the rooms. I particularly liked the suite, very comfortable. The restaurant areas are equally stunning, the decor is well crafted and stylish. The staff at the hotel are outstanding, from the general manager Gilbert, to the front desk staff and security: very welcoming and warm, always ready to help. As a solo traveler I felt safe and it was really difficult to stay anywhere else but the K Hotel. As a frequent global traveller, it’s fair to say this hotel has set the standard very high, not only in Cameroon but also globally. A special thank you to Gilbert the general manager for ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle free. He has a really good understanding of client satisfaction and this is reflected through all the staff genuine care and attention.

This hotel has set the standard very high in Douala. It is without any doubt the best hotel in town. The staff from top to bottom is very polite helpful and efficient. The location is great if you come for walk, 10 min from the port, walking distance from main banks and airline companies.

Lovely stop close to the station, with plenty of food options nearby. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was small yet offered everything a traveler might need, with additional amenities available at the front. It was a pleasant and quiet stay.
