Friendly staff, the hotel is in the city centre of Douai from where you can walk straight into the shopping streets and/or restaurants to grab a bite. Train station also within walking distance.

All the staff were very nice. And when we paid the bill and explain the negative points of the room the Manager took our comments in really good part. And said we had the worst room in the hotel which I thought was incredible honest. We were traveling with our dog so sometimes you do get a more shabby room which we understand.
