Overview
West Point offers modern accommodation 2 km from Villafranca Airport and 7 km from central Verona. It features soundproofed rooms and Wi-Fi throughout is free. Rooms at Hotel West Point are decorated in blue, red or green; some come with wooden ceiling and exposed beams. Each room includes satellite TV channels, a work desk and en suite bathrooms with hairdryer. Guests can enjoy typical Mediterranean specialities at discounted rates in the restaurant opposite the hotel. “Very good stay at B&B Verona Hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionists.”
We did not stay at West Point Airport Hotel. Our booking with this hotel was cancelled a day before "due to an unexpected technical issue regarding room availability". Despite the issue, West Point Airport Hotel arranged for us alternative accommodation at no extra cost at B&B Hotel Verona. They also informed us about this change at the same time they cancelled the booking. It was a relief to know that we had a place to stay already sorted. I rated B&B Hotel Verona here rather than West Point Hotel. There were very friendly and helpful receptionists at B&B Hotel Verona. They helped us to liaised with West Point Hotel that did not respond to my additional queries regarding the name and location of B&B Hotel Verona (there are two B&B Verona hotels in Verona; one has Expo in the name ), and taxis that they had promised to arrange for whilst cancelling the booking. In the end, West Point Hotel managed to arrange for taxis for us from B&B Hotel Verona to Verona airport as originally promised after a bit of chasing. They also ensured the arrangements were communicated accordingly (sending messages via Booking com system did not work on the evening when I tried). We truly appreciate the help from West Point and B&B Verona Hotel!

This hotel was excellent value for money. We needed just a bed for the night nearby the airport and this hotel was exactly what we needed. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and the breakfast served from 7am and was very tasty.
