“The over-charging spoilt an otherwise reasonable stay.”
I specifically asked for some tap water (when I ordered desert). I was charged for a bottle that was never brought to the table, just water in a glass! Was the water really from a bottle? I was told the desert included ice cream and vanilla sauce, I was subsequently billed separately for them both (additional to the desert). In my opinion I was overcharged by 5 euros. When I questioned this, no refund or goodwill was offered, and my suggestion to meet half way was not an option for them. In my opinion this was not a miss-understanding, but plain case of over-charging on purpose.
