If we could rate higher than a 10 we sure would! What a wonderful renovated Victorian home with amazing owners. The rooms were big and beautiful with huge onsuite bathroom including a clawfoot freestanding tub. A very delicious breakfast with 3 choices.Bed very comfortable and king size. Definitely Will be back and hugely recommend! Thanks so much! FYI: Booking.com advertises Hopewell Rock is 10 km away. That is an exaggeration, more like the crow flies. Actually over an hour away.

The Maplehurst is a lovely heritage house that has been restored to a very high standard. It was very easy to find and well signed. And out host, Marissa was extremely welcoming and organized. She has a knack for being available and prese t during your stay without being intrusive. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The owners have done an excellent job of maintaining the heritage 'feel' while also doing the infrastructure updates -lile plumbing and electrical - that make a stay enjoyable. We stayed in the Chandler suite, and it was incredibly spacious with a very comfortable King Sized bed, fridge, coffee and tea and a working fireplace. The bathroom was also a highlight with a multi-head shower, separate claw foot tub and windows overlooking the peaceful yard. We felt very spoiled. Our stay was very pleasant. The house was peaceful and quiet and we slept very well. In the morning, breakfast was delicious.

Hospitality perfect. Room perfect. Breakfast perfect. Without any doubt, we would book again.

Maplehurst was fabulous. The house has been immaculately renovated and is comfortable, quiet and luxurious. Our host was gracious and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Although out in the country, it's only ten minutes from great dining in Sackville. Our stay was a highlight of our eastern Canada road trip.

Wonderful stay at the Maplehurst Manor. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The hosts made us feel so welcome and provided extras in the room such as coffee and hot chocolate and homemade cookies. Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend.

Marisca is the most welcoming of hosts. You will leave a few kilos heavier after the delicious breakfasts and bakery treats. The old manor house has been restored to blend old with the convenience of new.

Marisca and Jeff were wonderful hosts - everything was perfect even the homemade chocolate chip cookies that welcomed us and that were in the take away bag on our departure. The breakfast salmon eggs Benedict was lovely as well. The Landry Suite accommodations were exceptional as was the stunning bathroom.

Maplehurst Manor felt like an escape from a fast-paced commercialized environment; going back to a simpler, more elegant time. It was extremely luxurious, the amenities were excellent, and breakfast was unlike anything else we've experienced. The owners were extremely nice and readily available to help with anything we had any questions about, most definitely an experience everyone should have.

We mainly book Bed & Breakfasts and try to find historic homes. Maplehurst Manor was the most Elegant and Luxurious restored home we have ever stayed in. Jeff and Marisca were the perfect couple and provided such classy hospitality. Our room was tastefully furnished, fine linens, sitting area with a view, restored fireplace, coffee, chocolates, fresh baked cookies, claw footed oval bathtub with a chandelier overtop, bath salts, shower with multiple jets, double sinks and a charming ladies room complete with mirror, brush and comb, period desk and chair with needlepoint cushion. Our Chandler Suite, Dining Room and Public areas on the landings were furnished with period furniture and one wall featured a exquisite patterned quilt. The home had a beautiful rooftop patio with relaxing views of the countryside. The front entrance had a lovely porch to enjoy the garden view. Our candlelit multi course breakfast was heavenly and presented as if we were royalty with fine china and silver. This home is six star quality and above. Upon leaving we were gifted with a lovely Thank You card, tasty cookies, logo pens and a gracious goodbye. This home is an oasis and we will never find another B & B such as what Jeff and Marisca have provided. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Originally we were only booked for 1 night and the plan was to travel to another place and spend our last 2 nights someplace else. Well that was our plan BUT after spending the night seeing how incredible this place was and the amazing breakfast that was included we just knew we didn’t want to leave. We were so fortunate to be able to book the final 2 nights here and couldn’t be happier. Absolutely no detail has been overlooked and it’s beyond beautiful. Perfect location to go to Hopewell Rocks and easy trip to Nova Scotia and PEI 😊

Lovingly furnished house with a very pleasant and personal atmosphere - arrive and feel at home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hosts were amazingly hospitable. The bath sheets were awesome and changed out regularly. The heated floors in the bathrooms were lovely. The bed was comfortable and Breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely lovely B&B with fabulous breakfasts and charming rooms. The bathrooms are exceptionally large with both a roomy shower and a clawfoot bathtub, catering to all. Jeff and Marsica are charming hosts and we were warmly welcomed by their dog Rosie. We became so fond of her that we even asked to walk her one evening!
