We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was good overall. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We asked for an earlier check-in and they accommodated us without any issues. We also checked out a bit later, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and continue using the pool area, which we really appreciated. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The only small inconvenience was access to the beach — you need to use the key card every time — but other than that, everything was great. Would definitely recommend.

We went to the reception the night before our departure because our flight was very early in the morning and ask if we have something extra to pay.The lady there told us that everything was ok just they had to give us our cash 240.00€ back ( money we gave for garantee on arrival).But she will do that early in the morning when we will go. The next morning we went there and the taxi was waiting to take us to the airport but the lady kept us there 20 minutes and more because she couldnt give our money back the system on the computer didnt work.We told her that we had to go because we will miss our flight. She told us that she can sent the money back by bank transfer to our account. After 1 month nothing happened.They still own us our money. The hotel was very expensive not value for money at all.

“I liked it but it was too far away from the attractions”
The breakfast was not what was advertised I expected more variety it was advertise cook to order breakfast that was not cook to order and it was not a wide selection of friuts. The location was peaceful and quiet everthing was so far away could not not get an uber to ome there and the taxi was too expesive to take you any where.

Breakfast is good. Good variety and well prepared. The Pool is good, no much improvement from last time. Room is acceptable condition, no major issues observed. Staff very responsive to request. I liked the Predator Gaming room, it was great.
