The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room’s air conditioning worked very well. As compensation for the issue with the main pool, we were also allowed to use the jacuzzi free of charge.

“Hotel near Rio Claro”
It’s very large complex. Clean cabin, comfortable bed, nice big pool with bar and happy hour, many birds, options for excursions.

Hotel is very nice, has lots of open spaces and nature around it. Rooms were comfortable and our room had hot water which was a surprise because booking said it didn't.

“Best place ever.”
Everything, there's not one bad thing about this resort. The rooms are great, the facilities are fantastic and the staff go over and beyond to cater for your every need. One of the best places I've stayed at hands down.

“A lovely peaceful time with my partner.”
This is a a really nice property well off the beaten track. It has its own charm and staff were very friendly. Is this a five star American hotel chain? No, not at all. Don't go in thinking that. The rooms are duplex type little cottages, there is extensive walking areas outside that just give a nice relaxed feel.

“Super recommended!”
The facilities were just exceptional, the swimming pool, the tennis court, all the green and natural areas. Super recommended for the price (Makenke rooms). Also, the prices for beverages and food was amazing, including liquor.
