“Disappointed, it could have been better”
I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent experience I had with your establishment. Unfortunately, I had to leave a negative review as my reservation was unexpectedly cancelled with only a few hours' notice. There were seven of us travelling by car from Medellín, and we were all looking forward to our stay. Sadly, we were unable to do so. However, I must commend your staff for their professionalism during this time. Despite it being nearly 9:30 at night, they managed to find us an alternative hotel that accommodated us. The staff were truly amazing, and it is such a shame we couldn't stay at your hotel. Thank you for your understanding and for the efforts of your excellent team.

“Amazing”
The staff were amazingly friendly on the reception desk, the hotel is pet friendly which added more fun to my stay. Rooms have air conditioning and a nice balcony to enjoy the great weather.

The hotel is new and very nice. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spotless. People are very friendly and respectful
