“Perfect retreat.”
Beautiful unspoilt remote location, darkest skies in the Aegean. Short or long hikes to town and pristine beaches. The host, Dimitris, was perfect - attentive and talkative only as and when it was wanted, fast and helpful with all requests, friendly and engaging. Recently renovated room was clean, simple and stylish.

“EPIC SETTING”
a very beautiful island with fantastic beaches. no cars so walking boots essential and Dimitrakis Guesthouse is high up. So epic views and a very special setting, the accommodation has been well arranged to feel like it is it's own village where the host also lives. Dimitris is a charming happy host who is there to help.all excellent

“Best room ever!”
Very close to beautiful beaches and surrounded by great views - especially the view from our apartment. Dimitris has done a beautiful job with the decor, inside and outside the apartments - with attention to detail and care.

This guesthouse is an absolut gem; beautiful, serene and secluded, yet just a short hike (or trip with the mini-bus) from the most amazing beaches or the restaurants down at the harbour. Dimitri is an excellent host, making you feel right at home and ready to help out with whatever.

“Not to be missed. True island spirit.”
The location is wonderful. Five minutes from the harbour, but very secluded. You can enjoy a typical Cycladic interior and a stunning view of Amorgos in complete tranquility. The house has all the options you need. The host Dimitri is absolutely welcoming and ready to give you suggestions about the beaches, the trails, the ferries and the restaurants. He picks you up and take you back at the port. We had our own car that was very comfortable to go around the island, but a lot of people use the bus or the taxi boat and it seems quite easy.

The unbelievable views. The houses are sympathetic to the landscape. Extremely comfortable. Everything has been custom-built and is genuine. The wonderful host. Away from the tourist buzz.

A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the majestic view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are old traditional houses rebuilt with love and care into homes of mini luxury experiences. Dimitris is a graceful host, offering his sweet smile and positive vibes in every interaction. Top stay in Donousa.

“A rare experience, finely crafted, not easily forgotten”
the place is unique in all its details. it has a mix of traditional stone vibe and modern facilities (great shower and kitchen appliances and utensils). the owner built it with great care and taste and he also welcomed us with sweets and olive oil he makes. the view from the veranda on the sea and the mountains is spectacular. you can enjoy the peace and nature and fresh air with all comforts.

“Sunny by day, stary by night and very peaceful. Unplug the WiFi & switch off the rest of the world.”
During the day a magical view of the sea and many islands in the distance. Once the sun was down millions of stars came out. I had forgotten how many there are in the sky. BEAUTIFUL! Very peaceful. The accommodation was clean and tidy, with thought-out interior design. The host, Dimitras, was extremely friendly and helpful.

“Perfect !”
The studio is perfect, the decoration is really cute and most of all, you have this amazing view every morning over the sea, it’s just stunning ! Moreover our host as been the best, he’s always keen to help.
