The apartment is new, clean, and nicely furnished. However, the studio lacks kitchen facilities, which I didn’t notice when booking. The bathroom could use a towel hooks. The host quickly fixed a broken AC remote, but later asked for reimbursement, even though we didn’t cause the damage. A €100 deposit is required, and payment is in cash almost everywhere—card payments are rarely accepted, so it's good to come prepared. Overall, good quality, but more transparency would improve the experience.

Very nice, clean and Babko is very helpfull. The acomodation is New and very comfy. Velika plaza is 5 minutes by car. We higly recommend this place

“Best decision you can make”
Perfect location to avoid any traffic jams if you know Ulcinj:)!!! Also its one of the closest to the beaches at Velika Plaža. Nearest (quite) restaurant and shop are 100m away. The building is brand new. Apartment is like photoshoped, furniture has still the "new" smell, very well equipped (kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, hand blender, đezva!,..), even for demanding guests. You will certainly enjoy the mattresses. Visiting Ulcinj/Donji štoj for years; hard if not impossible to find a place like this. Last but not least, hosts are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Highly recommend when coming to Velika Plaža.
