I had a wonderful stay at this holiday villa. Nestled in nature with beautiful gardens, the setting was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was cosy and newly furnished, providing all the comfort we needed. The private parking was convenient, and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. I would definitely come again!

Everything was perfect, much better than I expected. A very modern apartment containing literally all you can need for a pleasant stay. Hosts were extremely kind and always close but not intrusive. The garden was really nice with lots of trees giving us privacy

Everything's great! I recommend it for a vacation. You can walk to the beach or 5 min by car there are several other beaches. Everything is clean, friendly hosts.

Great place to stay! Very nice beach in the neighbourhood, great location, no crowd. The apartment was all as expected, garden making the ambient special and first of all the hosts making us more than welcome!

Great location, the apartment is small, but very cozy and new. There is a separate laundry room and swings for the kids. Also territory is very green and looks like a little garden. Elderly couple of owners is living nearby and helps with all the needs. Also location is quite good, it's far from the road, so it's not dusty or quite calm, located very close to he beach and also Ada Bojana restatuarants. Would be great to have some more coffee capsules, because it's not so easy to find it locally. And just as a suggestion - Why not to add some simple breakfast?

“Best vacation ever!”

We spent two weeks in Garden Villas and it was one of our best vacations ever. The apartment is super clean, everything was very beautiful and fresh. The place is equipped with all necessary appliances; what we appreciated a lot was the laundry room - very helpful when you are by the sea and for a longer stay! The Villas are located in a pretty garden so the place is very green and you have some shade from the trees - perfect for hot weather :) It's also very close to the beach and small grocery stores. We travelled with a 4 year old son and the whole experience was very child friendly, our son was very happy there. And most importantly, the host and his family who were at place, were super friendly and extremely helpful, anything we needed - they were always there for us - a big, big thank you for that! All in all, highly recommend!

“A place like home, but better!!”

If you're looking for an amazing place, outside of the city center, surrounded by nature, but most of all - a place where you can feel at home - look no further. Located 15 mins walk from the kite beach, these lovely little villas offer everything and more. We knew we made the right choice the moment we entered the property - welcomed by the owner's family and a sound of crickets. The villas are brand new, with all amenities, and extremely clean! There's all you need - you can chill with Netflix, or sit outside on the terrace admiring the plants and little creatures, like tiny baby lizards, and even mini frogs if you're lucky! It's so peaceful and quiet you would never want to go back. We took a walk to the beach every morning and rested in the evening. You can get a taxi easily and visit the center, or if you rent a car there's a parking space just by the villas. What really makes this place stand out is the owners - super attentive, friendly and open, tremendously helpful, and always there to give advice and a helping hand. We even got a ride to the bus station early in the morning, as there was a slim chance to pick up the taxi and not be overcharged at the same time! We'll be coming back for sure - we made great friends and found a place to rest like nowhere else. Simply marvelous!

Hosts (Mr. Zeqa and his spouse) were superb and very helpful with every request we had during our stay; it is understandable that clients may be way too demanding and irritating at times, especially the ones traveling with kids like us; Regardless, the hosts were always calm, polite, very welcoming and quite accommodating, going above and beyond to make our time at Garden Villas a very pleasant one. The place itself is situated in a location that is out of sight, surrounded by lovely trees, has the privacy from the unbearable crowds throughout the season, but yet, it's close to the best beaches Ulqin has to offer. All in all, the most important aspect of our stay, was the positive attitude and customer oriented approach, also the fact that we were contacted by the host in advance (While we were still traveling), who beforehand provided all the details that one traveling to a place for the first time would need, they even provided video guidance on how to reach the destination easily, which by the way came in very handy in our case. They made us feel at home, and we would definitely go back again.

The location is in the middle of the trees, with a lot of flowers, near some of the best beaches in Long Beach. The villa is brand new, with all necessary facilities and more. Our children loved the garden and the surroundings. The neighborhoud is quiet since the road is dead end and only used by the residents. Will visit again soon.
