Very kind host. Superb location, the beach is just 50-100 meters away where you can find some entertainment (kayak, jet skis, bar, sun loungers with umbrellas). The river that flows near the yard brings a special charm. With the kayak you can get from the beach to the location by sea and by river...it's very pleasant. Local shop with the bare necessities very close. For something more sophisticated (supermarket, seafood shop etc.) you have to go 5-8 min. by car.

Spacious accommodation, well equipped kitchen. Privacy, including a garden, which is not common in this part of Montenegro. Garden between a canal and a road, but there was no increased noise from the road. Parking in a closed yard. Helpful owners.

An excellent house with all the amenities. The location is walking distance, 5 minutes, from everything you need. A very discreet host who responds quickly to all your requests. Everything is exactly as described. I recommend this house if you like quite and cozy places.

A beautiful home all to yourself with a stunning view. The location is really perfect. We were immediately on the beach if we wanted and with our car we could reach all the places we wanted to visit. Supermarkets are all around. The owners are super friendly and there if you need anything. They got us nice snacks upon arrival, so sweet! There is a big bathroom upstairs with a good shower, nice hot water and a washing machine; soap, toothpaste, laundry detergent all available. Downstairs also a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped so you can make your meals at home (although there are enough restaurants in the neighborhood). You can park your car inside the fence, surrounding the house, if you want. We really loved the beautiful stairs inside the house and the closet space, you can store a lot. Upstairs there are two double beds in two separate rooms and also children's beds available (pictures from Booking here are older I guess). Air-conditioning is provided in the whole house, can imagine that is a big plus in the summer! The garden is so beautiful, with a trampoline for the kids. Next to the house you can also eat outside, even if it rains. You can also sit at the back of the garden, next to the river.

This house is very nice: it is a detached house with own garden and parking space, beach is 3 mins walk, a small supermarket is 5 mins walk; there is a strong aircon and fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I couldn't ask for anything better! Comfortable, spacious, clean house. A well-equipped kitchen, you can also grill on the terrace. Air conditioning and wifi worked well throughout. I loved the own riverside!

Excelent vacation. Surrounding area to the house is fenced so also our dog had a great time. Owner is friendly and very helpfull for anything and as he lives in the house next to it, everything was solved also very quickly. For us nr. 1 choise if we plan vacation in Montenegro again.

“A short but wonderful stay.”

The property is located in a wonderful area. It is bordered by mountains to the north, west and south, and to the east by the Bay of Kotor. Easy access to shopping, 4 meters from a mountain river and 18-20 meters from the beach, the location is located in a dream area. The property meets all the conditions of a 5-star comfort. You can't find a single flaw. Wonderful host. Although I announced my arrival around 15:00 local time, I arrived 2 hours early. I called the owner, the gate next to the reserved property and there was no problem checking in. Throughout the stay, the owner was always prompt in solving our requests related to all kinds of information. Shame it was a short stay but we will definitely be back. It was worth all the money and more.
