Montenegrin hospitality is often lauded, and while many accounts are accurate, Mirko's approach elevated the experience. We were welcomed as if we were visiting a long-standing friend, and treated accordingly. Having travelled extensively throughout the Balkans, this host surpassed all prior experiences.

Despite the fact that we booked the Archaia literally a few hours before arrival, we found the house exceptionally clean. I am very scrupulous about cleanliness, especially bed linen and bathroom, but we were very pleased with the quality and cleanliness. It was nice when the host reached me out by phone literally immediately after booking to confirm that they were waiting for us. This is always reassuring, especially when you are on the road for many hours and book accommodation a few hours before arrival. This house is suitable for both a quiet or active holiday either with a large family, a group of friends or single travelers and couples. The area is quiet and relaxing. Has enough parking space, both covered and open. Special compliments to the owner of the house - we felt like guests of the house, close friends, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the five days that we spent there. Thank you, Mirko, you will forever be in our hearts. The breathtaking views over the mountains and the Bay of Kotor, the beautiful nature surrounding the house, the magnificent courtyard with a fireplace for barbecue, table and chairs to gather for breakfast and dinner under the natural grapevine canopy – are beyond all praise. This is an authentic old stone house (by age, not by condition) where you feel history, - it is well equipped and comfortable and at the same time has preserved its historical appearance in decoration and details. Archaia is a magical place where my friends and I would wish coming back again and again.

Everything was perfect. Fantastic big appartment. Old luxury style. Perfectly clean, very good equipped kitchen and very friendly hosts. Great sea view from rooms and large terrace. The location is a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Not far from Perast and Kotor old towns. Overall great experience. We will definitely come again👍👍

Beautiful house with a nice view on the sea and mountains. House has all you need. There is a big and fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, living room and personal terrace with grill. Second floor has air conditioning. Owners are very friendly and sweet :D
