“Really nice except the vaccuming during breakfast”

Very good package for the price, the breakfast was a really nice surprise and big open spaces. Drinking water and kitchen is also super nice, laundry shop is nearby. The relaing atmosphere and music could be nice if the staff could have a little sense and would not start vacuuming 9-am right next to the guests starting their breakfast coffee.

Great location, laid-back vibe, friendly staff. I’d definitely stay again.

The best hostel of my entire Taiwan trip! Super nice hippie atmosphere. A lot of art and music instruments. Nice breakfast included. And the most important, amazing people that brought so much joy to my stay!

It's a wonderful place and makes you feel so welcome and part of the community. Came for 2 days and ended up spending a week!

Such a fun vibrant hostel. It gave European sociable vibes, which is not at all common in Asia. The owner was really lovely and gave lots of helpful tips on the area. Wifi a bit patchy in my room. But nice, spacious, cosy room. Good location, easy to get to plenty of restaurants etc.

It was fairly quiet but it’s a super nice hostel.

Welcoming and with everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast included with fruit, bread, coffee, oatmeal... perfect value for money whether you stay for a short or long stay. Nice vibes in the common area, 2 lovely cats living there and some nice dogs who visit sometimes haha Beach, mountains, convenient stores, coffeeshops, bars and restaurants around. Perfect

It's easy to reach by bus. It's a great place for musician since there are plenty of musical instruments available to use. The staff is helpful and can speak English fluently.

this is such an incredibly cool and welcoming hostel. it’s relaxed yet fun, the facilities are super cozy and decorated with so much taste. it’s spacious, there’s even a free breakfast, yoga equipment and an awesome outdoor sitting space. you just feel at home instantly. the staff are fantastic and unbelievably helpful. truly a gem ❤️

The manager Nick truly went above and beyond. He sent us a message with recommendations right as we arrived and he was always available when we had questions. He helped us rent bikes, book a surfing lesson and find the right bus to the harbour. The place itself is really well decorated, laid-back and comfortable. The double room we stayed in was the nicest room during our trip so far. Overall, we would gladly stay again at the Travel Bug!

The people working at the travel bug are the most welcoming I've met in any hostel. Friendly and helpful and fun to hang around with. The hostel itself is very nice and clean and the free breakfast is amazing.

Good location in middle of Main Street of Dulan. We could take a shower after surfing even after we already checked out, so staff was very flexible there.

It's a great platform to bind together the travellers from around the world. Great music, from vintage speakers as well as played by talented people, vibes throughout the day. Great location on the main street and very close to the beaches.

Free breakfast! The place is cozy and nice for an easy visit. Especially for the backpacker! Love the lobby filled with instruments to play with!

Amazing place to chill and socialize. The common areas have everything you need, and it's so well decorated. It's clean and spacious. Free and delicious breakfast. Bonus: 2 cats. The owner is super friendly as well as the volunteers. Great location in little Dulan, next to the 7-eleven, 10-15min walk to the beach. 👌
