“Frustrating deposit process & inconsistent service overshadowed otherwise comfortable & clean rooms”

Feedback on ammenities: •⁠ ⁠Good hair dryer •⁠ ⁠Comfortable beds and spacious, clean rooms •⁠ ⁠No mini bar, just tea and powdered milk •⁠ ⁠Breakfast buffet with sparse options that tasted fairly grim •⁠ ⁠In house restaurants that were closed even though advertised as open •⁠ ⁠Ok room service, the club sandwich was pretty good. •⁠ ⁠Closed pool (for renovations) but looked nice, reopening in May apparently •⁠ ⁠Ok gym which was also closed but after asking the front desk to open for me was done promptly, however they forgot to turn on the air conditioning and there was no water or towels.

The staff truly made the difference. Everyone I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge to the restaurant/bar team, was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to be helpful. Their professionalism and warm hospitality were consistently impressive.

Arriving slightly early, I was greeted warmly at the reception. Danny were incredibly efficient and friendly, making the check-in process quick and effortless. They provided clear information about the hotel amenities and even offered helpful local tips.
