Non of the staff spoke any English so it was very hard to communicate anything. The restaurants weren’t open when online they said they were, we had to go out everyday for food and in the area that’s hard. The breakfast was over priced for what there was to offer. The carpets weren’t very clean & there was no remote got the blind in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy however

“Human - Like China in 2000”
They upgraded me to a crazy insane room I think it was the president's suite which was huge and had a great view of Human's amazing rooms

It's completely glamourous to stay on the 56th floor of a former Sofitel. Gorgeous marble and incredible attention to detail in the design of the room.
