“The consistently best choice in Donggang”

The hotel has the best location in Donggang, particularly as we don't drive. The proximity to shops, restaurants, hospital and Starbucks are always a plus. The bath filled very quickly, which is great when you have a tired little one.

“A comfortable stay at Tapeng Bay, once again”

The breakfast has been improved since last time we visited. The facilities have been developed too - there is a kids indoor playroom that is much bigger than the original. They offer a washing machine and dryer too, which I don't remember being there. We usually stay in the 2 double beds room and were very fortunate to receive the upgrade! The extra space for our son to play in was very much appreciated.

Better than expected hotel - beyond the room, the hotel staff were friendly, there was a coin laundry (the stuff of cyclists dreams) and the breakfast was good

Absolutely brilliant room👌. Large, clean, comfortable, bright. Breakfast was great & healthy & suitable for vegetarians🫰 Staff are soooo nice & some speak some English 🙏 I stayed for just 2 nights but would happily stay a week or more🥳

The room is spacious and has a tub, which is great. Breakfast was also good. However, they forgot to fill in the shampoo and soap containers in the bathroom.

It was great to have breakfast included but the dining room lacked atmosphere. it was a buffet style breakfast in a very large room with few diners.

We visited at the beginning of March. We might have been the only guests there. But by the looks of it there could be hundreds of people in the main season, when summer arrives

“A comfortable stay near Huaqiao Fish Market and Liuqiu island”

Perfectly located to explore Donggang town, Huaqiao Fish Market and Liuqiu island. We liked the fading old-time Asian luxury of the hotel's interior. It hasn't been recently renovated, but the solid materials have withstood the test of time pretty well. The staff was very helpful and even offered us an upgrade for the extended stay. We didn't take it as our room was already very large with all sorts of amenities. The breakfast buffet was decent with a good selection of Western and Asian foods.

“Nice stay as usual”

We have stayed here many times as it is the best hotel in Donggang Town. It is a short walk to most things including main sights, shops, restaurants and market. It is near the bus station too. They have hired a new clerk who speaks English well.

My wife and I stayed only one night on our way to Xiao Liuqiu Island. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. Breakfast was a buffet and delicious. There was parking for our car provided by the hotel just around the corner from the main entrance. The hotel is just a ten-minute walk to the fish market and the ferry terminal. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, doing their best despite the language barrier. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we where in Donggang.
