Stunning views of the river and a very grand reception make this hotel appealing but unfortunately the grandeur is only surface deep. We were surprised on arrival that nobody was around to help us up the steps with our luggage (in the rain) but the huge and impressive reception area was staffed by one young man behind a desk. Our room was large with a view of the river but seemed a bit grubby with marks/dead moths on the wallpaper and mould spots in the bathroom.

“Nice hotel just didn’t feel homely.”
This is a nice hotel . But has not got a good feel for. It seem to be under staffed. Only one person on front desk. After all the hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam this one just didn’t do it for me. I will say the view from our room was amazing. 8 floor sea view.

“Great location great river views”
Great location- river view, easy to walk to bustling area with street food and restaurants. It’s 25m down a side street from the main street. Well sign posted. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful. The both the DMZ & city tour they recommended were excellent

Happy with everything, great location. Amazing hostel/bar down the road from it Buffalo home & grill. Great way to meet new people and the owner is beautiful!! Also a laundry service next door. Great value for money. Would recommend staying here.

“Overall very satisfied”
Nice building, looks expensive but it’s actually really cheap. It was raining so we spend a day completely in the room. It was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
