The staff are exceptional! Such a lovely team and are so helpful. They have free bikes to use which was a great way to see the city. The roads are great for cycling. We also rented scooters from the hotel directly and they allowed us to leave our bags there overnight. Another plus is that everything is within walking distance to cafes, drink spots, restaurants etc. The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable beds.

Our taxi actually dropped us at the wrong Hotel and before we knew it two ladies from the hotel ferried us on the back of motorcycles to the correct Hotel . Ha, behind the front desk, was very friendly, as were the other staff were met. The room was spacious and comfortable with 2 bedside tables, desk, fridge, 2 chairs and small table. Not luxurious but good value for money. Located less than a block from the river and within walking distance of many restaurants and things to discover. We will be back

The room is really big and bright. The lady at the reception let me use their microwave and gave me extra water. In general, staff is very nice and friendly.

I arrived unwell and needed to extend my stay for several nights. A great place to end up staying longer than I imagined I would do. Great people! The cleanest hotel I've experienced in Vietnam too!

“Great value and comfortable base to explore the Phong Kha caves and national park”

This is an excellent family-run small hotel that offers comfort, great service and a lovely location, for superb value for money. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The bed and shower were great. They make a very affordable breakfast if you want it. They organised wonderful tour of the nearby caves and national park. Dong Hoi is a charming small town with plenty of places to eat and drink.

This hotel is super gorgeous. Firstly the rooms are very large, with windows and views from 3 angles across both rivers which look so beautiful at night, all lit up. You have every amenity you could wish for.. large, comfortable beds and pillows, bedside cabinet, large wardrobe, a fridge, air conditioning, a powerful fan, TV, desk, chairs, table and a suitcase rack. The WiFi is fast over 50 Mbps and nearly always stable.The bathroom is also very spacious with a large window overlooking the river, and everything is sparkling clean.Water is provided as well as shampoo, toothbrush, comb etc. Nick speaks perfect English and is very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, near Nhat Le Beach where I enjoyed swimming, and also there's a Winmart supermarket 4 blocks away It's also quite close to the moat and fruit market. If you turn right out of the hotel and immediately left, you'll see a small triangular park. On the right side you'll see small tables and chairs outside a restaurant with delicious Vietnamese food very cheap. If you want more upscale, 7th Heaven restaurant is a couple of blocks from there. Last but not least, the rooftop terrace is a must to see sensational sunsets.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at, especially at a budget price. The rooms are very big with 3 windows facing different directions over the 2 rivers, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The cleaners do an excellent job as the rooms are spotless, with soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, also combs. It's a perfect location overlooking 2 rivers and very peaceful. You have a desk and 2 chairs, a table, bedside cabinet and big wardrobe. Everything smells fresh unlike some places with a musty smell in tropical climates. Additionally, there's air conditioning, an efficient fan and TV. The WiFi is fast over 50 Mbps and generally very stable, only occasionally drops down for a few seconds. I was able to work online without problems. Finally, I'd like to thank Nick for his patience, working the cleaning around my odd hours and going out of his way to help and answer messages promptly. His English is perfect. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'll be back in a flash if I'm ever back in this area, which I hope to be, as I love Vietnam and I had a memorable and magical day at the nearby Phong Nha caves. Not to mention the bathroom has it's own water tank which heats up in 5 minutes, although I prefer a cooler shower in hot weather. 2 Windows in the bathroom, one of which I could see the beautiful river while taking a shower! I can't forget those brilliant sunsets from the rooftop terrace, even from my room. Sad to leave.

Location was perfect, short ride to the beach (or 25-30 minute walk) and plenty of restaurants in the area. We were unlucky that the weather wasn't great, so didn't get the full beach experience, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault. It meant however, we spent more time in the rooms than we normally would and we noticed the rooms were quite noisy. Our "neighbour" liked to watch TV until late at night and we could hear the dialogue. Other than that, the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds and shower were good.
