“Awful”
Beds are rock hard, impossible to sleep. Water cold on our first evening. The worst thing was breakfast, tables dirty. There was a rat running around in the dining room, staff thought it was funny. Would not recommend this hotel

“What a view!!”
We actually booked this place last minute and we're greeted straight away by warm, friendly and welcoming staff that spoke very good English. We were asked if we wanted dinner which they prepared for us especially and tasted delicious! Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and what a view!! (11th floor!) We had a beautiful balcony that wrapped around the entire corner to sit out on and watch the world pass by. Great customer service and it was very quiet! Would definitely recommend

“We could have opted for other hotel.”
The receptionist was friendly. We had an issue with the door, lock was not functioning properly, the technician was fast enough to come and fix the issue. We had a nice view of the city. Room was clean.
