“Quang Binh is peaceful, not so crowded, just starting developing. Local people are honest, hospitable.”
Service was good and family friendly. Staffs are professional, easy to reach and helpful. Breakfast was okay, food seasoning is suitable for non-local. Short distance to peaceful beach and good view of river also. Food delivery works here so you have more options other than seafood restaurants around.

“Average hotel for locals that doesn't accept visa or mastercard. BUT very nice and helpful staff”
The hotel and the room I stayed in on the 10th floor looked clean and well looked after. The view of the ocean skyline was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful, or at least tried to be if communication was an issue. WiFi was great. Some typical vietnamese places to eat nearby.
