“Lovely apartment in a quiet place”
It is an amazingly big and comfortable apartment, rooms are very big, very well equiped, in a lovely and super quiet neighbourhood, approx. 400m from train station with an hourly train to Donaueschingen and other cities, large windows, all with blinds, which we appreciated a lot. Although there was a little problem in direct communication with the owner the first day, one person of the company who manage the property was very helpful to solve it. It is a first floor by stairs, but not very high nor steep.

Two weeks prior to our travel we received a message from the property owner Mr Hermann welcoming us and requesting us to send our queries, if any, to his daughter as he was not well versed with english. We did so. And communication with that family began. They are so nice people. Gave us the exact direction and timings of train from Zurich airport. The house was kept very well with whatever we wanted was right at its place. We were AT home so many thousands miles away from our home. We could discuss our daily itinerary with her on whatsapp and she would suggest some minor changes/addition. They gave us Konus card which made our public transport free of cost in designated area of Black Forest. Donauschingen-aufen is a small countryside placed at the edge of Black Forest. Very quiet, scenic and pleasant.
