We had a wonderful stay . The accommodation and facilities were excellent . Enjoyed the bananas ,snacks and that tea and coffee were available . Nok Noi was a great host the best . She went and above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience. She took us to a restaurant in the tuk tuk when we had trouble finding one . We used her scooter for the day to explore the area . A truly good place to stay to see a town in Thailand with very few tourists before heading to Koh Samui .

“Perfect family-run stay in Donsak”

Great location close to the ferry pier and a bunch of local restaurants / grocery stores. The building is super clean, rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge and AC. Most importantly the people are absolutely lovely!!! Also, we got a huge plate of mangosteen when we arrived, there’s water, tea, coffee and fruit to take whenever - just a really cozy cute spot. Would definitely recommend!!

“Best overnight stay before getting ferry to Koh Tao”

The host was amazing. We arrived late about 11.30pm. She helped with the luggage and gave us all the necessary information. The room was perfect, air conditioning worked great. Although breakfast was not included there were fruits, drinks, cakes, water, etc outside the room that we could help ourselves to at any time. There is also a washing machine to use the a nominal fee and there is great drying on the balcony. The next day the host kindly brought us to the pier to catch our ferry. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. Do not hesitate, just book it 😀

One of the most friendly and over all best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Super kind and helpful staff made the stay so good. Many people go to the islands, I decided to stay longer in Donsak instead. If you are looking for genuine small-town Thailand experience with almost no western tourists around, choose to stay in Donsak, and in this hotel. I will come back again for sure.

The owner Nok Noi was very friendly and super helpful! Best service we have received in Thailand! Don Sak is a wonderful place to visit if you spend some time around the town you will meet friendly locals and find delicious affordable restaurants. Great festival at the Temple when we visited. Lots of fun.

The lady let us in at 3am after we had transport connection problems,which was not expected but so appreciated. She was so kind and kept in regular contact with us. The room was very comfortable and clean and a great location for the Don Sak ferry pier. Would recommend to anyone.

A great room with access to drinks and snacks in the day. Breakfast toast, cakes and hot drinks. Lovely staff Very clean with great Aircon and access to balcony. Loved the town, local fishing port few tourists and great for a day

Everything since we arrive.. Nok noi is a super woman 🥰 she help you in anything you need and she is a very friendly and big heart person ❤️ The room was super comfortable, has a bathroom, good bed, a sofa even, closet to put your stuff .. Nok noi also has a shop where you can buy groceries, the hostal is near many shops and restaurants, also there is a local market super cheap very near..We will stay again for sure.. we recommend this place with all our heart 🙏🏽 thank you so much Nok Noi

Noknoi, our hosts were amazing. They made sure we are comfortable, she opened her shop at late-night just so that we can buy some groceries. She also dropped us to a ferry station. She was excellent. Thanks Noknoi if you are reading this!

Property was clean comfy and good value for money. Not to mention the host goes above and beyond to help you, she took me and my friend to the hospital to help get her care, helped translate to the doctors too. I would say this is the best stay we have had in Thailand due to how amazing and kind the host was, like a home away from home.

Excellent! 10 minutes by car from the Don Sak pier. Supa clean, very comfy bed, mattress and pillows are soft. Noknoy is a charming host, she was so lovely and so helpful. I've had an extremely early check out and Noknoy were ready to wake me up at 4 am, but I persuaded her not to do that :-)) I'll definitely stay here on my next visit to Surat Thani! Highly recommended!
