Lovely location, very friendly and attentive staff. Parking facilities in garage available. The room is very spacious with acomfortable bathroom. Soap and accessories also provided!! Water supply was very good. Delicious breakfast, including a good variety of fruits and many other sweet and savoury items daily! Bar is open all the time, and the coffee is amazing.. Really enjoyed our stay as a family. Facilities clean and plenty of towels provided. Very good value for money, especially for a family!! View from room of river brenta very relaxing ;) we recommend this facility!

The breakfast is not good as I prepare hot meal breakfast and I am don’t like to eat bread in the morning and sweet dessert. The location is fantastic easy bus transport to Venice and return back in Dolo and the reception is very helpful for giving me information.

The rooms were very clean, Spacious, and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was the best. The beds were very comfy and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was above what is expected and really earns the name Buffet. There was a great selection of fruits, yogurts, marmalades, warm sweet breads, and warm rolls. There were hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese, a tomato salad. There was milk, tea, juice available but overall the most delicious coffee from Americano to Cappuccino! Ample and covered parking lot; big enough for my American car.

The location is very good and a wise choice for those who do not want to be trapped in the heart of Venice with all the complications of access to hotels, and also those who want to spend less on accommodation. Dolo is a charming little town, an hour away from Venice with a reliable bus connection. The room was adequate, a little in need of deep cleaning and fixing some of the electricity sockets, but acceptable. The view from the window is beautiful and it is very close to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops etc. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and nice.

Great breakfasts, a hotel with a covered garage, close to Venice – I definitely recommend it, whether you use it for a visit to Venice or just for an overnight stay on your way back from vacation.

The breakfast was great and the hotel is placed right in the city center (Dolo). The staff was great. The parking was useful. The air conditioning was a big plus.
