“best place to stay next to Skopje”
This Villa was probably the best place we stayed in Macedonia. We had great time there, especially near the pool. Maria was a perfect host, from the minute we got there until we left. I wish we couls stay longer.

A wonderful property less than half an hours drive south of Skopje. Really nice to stay away from the city and noise and relax a nice swimming pool and outside area. Two apartments, so it's not crowded with people. Perfect for families! I'd love to go back one day.

“Beautiful surroundings and appartment.”
The spacious appartment and it's whole setting and view were fantastic...a little piece of paradise! Great beds, nice pool, lots of closet space. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Excellent service: our host was very helpful to arrange even food being delivered or whatever questions we had.

Definitely recommended to visit Sunny Side Villa! Very big and beautiful house. There is everything you need for living - kitchen, dishes, washing machine. The house is clean, quiet and comfortable. The owners are very nice people.
