Close to the river & within short, easy walk of centre & historic sites. Spacious & comfortable, well equipped, clean & well maintained. Free parking opposite. Our host was very friendly, made us very welcome, was always on hand to answer questions & was extremely helpful especially on the last day when we missed our connection. Would have happily stayed longer.

We stayed two nights at La Tillanzia and absolutely loved it. The apartment is renovated, fully equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk from the old town of Dolceacqua, with its charming stone bridge, castle views, and lovely restaurants. It’s also very convenient if you’re arriving by car — easy parking nearby and quick access to the main road. Our hosts, Federica and her son, were wonderful. They greeted us warmly, gave us great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Even though the apartment is close to the main street, it was peaceful at night, and we slept very well.

Spotlessly clean, bright, spacious and well equipped. Free parking just across the road . Short walking distance to restaurants and the old town. Good coffee at the cafe next door. It is on the main road but there is no problem with traffic noise in the back bedrooms at night.

The apartment, is nice, very clean and renewed. The air conditioning made the stay perfect. And, above all, the kindness and wish to help of the owner Federica and all her useful indications.

Signora Federica is one of the most helpful people I have ever known. She gave us advice on the places and restaurants we should visit and, after waiting for us to arrive late at night, she offered to give us her packing slot because she said we were too exhausted to be searching for one. She literally left us speechless with her kindness. As for the room, it was nicely modern-decorated and fairly clean. There were also separate recycle cans dividing plastic, paper, garbage and other. The apartment was very well located with many restaurants and bars surrounding it. We stayed there for 3 days and we couldn't have felt more comfortable and welcomed.
