I would like to thank all the staff in this wonderful hotel, especially Mr Hisham the front line assistant manager for his cooperation. I had a problem with the water heater in my room and he upgraded my room immediately and compensated me with 3 hours late check out. The hotel itself is amazing and clean. I got a room with 4 toilets where at booking it says 3 toilets. also the valet parking is available 24 hours and free of charge for all the guests. definetly I will come back again when I visit Doha.
