“Great rooms and comfortable stay, but the unhelpful staff made the experience disappointing.”
The rooms were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and the stay could have been much better because of the quality of the rooms.

“Beautiful hotel.”
Beautiful hotel that has been tastefully decorated and maintained. Friendly staff especially at breakfast and the concierge desk. Easy access to the beautiful Place Vendome mall that is a five minute walk away. Same for metro access. The rooms are comfortable with nice views of the city. I love the automatic opening/closing curtains. We appreciated the anniversary cake slice as we entered our room. The mini shopping centre has a lovely tea café with great pasta options.

“Great but not good value”
The room was insanely spacious, the bathroom as well. We were lucky to sleep in the 21st floor. Bed were so comfy. Staff at reception were lovely.

The food selection for breakfast and dinner needs to be worked on, and having a film channel in the bedroom, but everything else in the hotel was very good!
