“Stylish hotel to come back to”

Very stylish hotel with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed there for my birthday and had a couple of special requests — everything was handled very quickly and with great care. They even surprised me with birthday congratulations, lovely room decoration, and a delicious dessert, which made my stay extra special. The extended check-out time was also a very pleasant gesture and highly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Stylish stunning Hotel. My room was just beautiful. I loved the pool to relax, and tried a few of the restaurants - Kaia was delicious! Staff throughout were so attentive, couldn't do enough to help. Would throughly recommend and would be back in a heartbeat if visit Doha again.

Service was incredible, location was excellent. Hotel very well maintained and felt very interesting. I like how there are many restaurants in the hotel so you can stay in the hotel all day and have a good time. The spa was excellent, everybody in the staff were fantastic.

Loved everything about this hotel, our second stay here. The staff are beyond polite, welcoming and attentive. Everything is beautifully clean and calm. The options for food are endless and a great location close to the airport and museums/restaurants/other hotels!

I absolutely loved this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. The bed was so comfy; I had the best sleep there. I also had breakfast, and the pistachio croissant is not to be missed!

The Ned Doha is refreshingly different and truly exceptional. Amrit at the front desk set the tone from the start and was absolutely outstanding in welcoming me and introducing what The Ned represents. The pool is amazing, the rooms are lovely and airy, and the antique furniture adds great character. Faisal at concierge was warm, helpful, and attentive. Overall, the professionalism is top-notch, and no other hotel in Doha offers the unique vibe and experience that The Ned does.

The hotel itself was excellent — beautiful interiors, great atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, and an overall high-end experience that truly met expectations. Unfortunately, the concierge service was a major disappointment and did not match the standard of the hotel at all. Communication was extremely poor: messages were answered after one or even two days, phone calls often went unanswered despite multiple attempts, and there was a great deal of confusion with no clear follow-up or concrete solutions. In the end, most arrangements had to be handled by ourselves — researching, googling, and organizing things independently — which is not what one expects from a luxury hotel with a dedicated concierge service. The hotel has enormous potential, but the concierge department clearly requires significant improvement to meet the level promised by the brand.
