The property was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The value for money was excellent, and the breakfast was reasonably priced. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, including kitchen appliances and utensils such as a refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, cookware, pots, cutlery, knives, spoons, and all the essential kitchen items. It truly felt like a complete home rather than just a hotel stay. The bedrooms featured spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space for both hanging and folded clothes, along with more than enough hangers for longer stays. The bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful amenities like a nail kit, vanity kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and slippers for every room. The furniture felt modern and relatively new. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. There was no noticeable noise from other guests or from the street. The elevators were fast and plentiful, including those near the parking area. Housekeeping staff and reception staff were professional, polite, and respectful throughout my stay.

Housekeeping, I called them at 11:50 pm to ask for bottols of water they promise withen 10 min but I waited for 1 hour after 3 calls they brought the water😲

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room exceeded our expectations, it was absolutely gorgeous and truly a wow experience. Spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, it was simply perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very comfortable and welcome. While the outside area of the hotel isn’t particularly attractive, once you’re inside, you quickly forget about it. Transportation is very quick and easy, which makes getting around completely hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel we would happily recommend.

Steigenberger Residences is the best place to stay in Doha. Every single staff member from the check in team right the way through to the cleaning and restaurant team, we were welcomed with exceptional service. A special mention to the restaurant team Ousama, Fatick and the executive chef Simon who catered brilliantly for my son who suffers from dairy, nut and egg allergies. The team provided an exceptional service and the residence itself was immaculate. Very easy to get to and close by to some very good amenities especially the Al-Meera hypermarket which was only a minutes walk from the hotel and residence. The taxis to local attractions like the museums, Katara Village and to some of the best malls Doha has to offer, were cheap and did not cost us much getting around. I highly recommend staying with Steigenberger whenever your visiting Doha. We definitely will be coming back.
