wild reception friendly staff

I am residing Qatar since 16 years.and book for a staycation. I booked the stay with my kids and wife. Unfortunately i missed to take valid physical QID of mine.. rest of the three i present them... I showed them digital QID from metrash and previous physical QID. But they did not accept. Even MOI and airport customs are accepting digital QID this hotels send me back and spoil our weekend plan.

Booking.com said that I could do a early check in and late check out as-well as getting 30% of food but I did not get any of those benefits?

“Apart from noise on that one evening it was fine.”

There was a wedding celebration in the function room two floors below me. Noise reverberated up through the building facade and made sleep impossible. Staff assured me that the noise would stop soon, but it did not. It took multiple requests to the staff to get me moved to another room.

The hotel is lovely, with attentive staff and top-notch facilities throughout. The bedroom was generously sized, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large bath as well as a separate, spacious shower area. The rooftop pool was peaceful and offered stunning views across Doha, making it a real highlight of the stay.

Location, in city centre, most places walkable distance Spacious rooms, lovely staff both reception and housekeeping, we were given early checkin and late checkout which was amazing.

everything was clean and the rooms were big. The service was great, and I even had a place to shower before my nighttime flight, despite checking out in the morning.

Every thing

I can't rate this hotel anymore highly. We initially came here on a 2 day layover but had to stay an additional week due to the airspace closure. All of the staff are super friendly and were highly accomdating to our requests. They helped us a lot across several occasions during our stay and really eased our worries during such a troubling time. We would love to come here again in the future!!

Everything 🤩 From the time we entered the hotel every employee has been welcoming, polite and providing service beyond our expectations. On the first day we were greeted by Fatouma, our flight landed early morning and when we got to the hotel the time in Doha was around 7.00 am and our check-in was not until 3.00 pm,she went beyond and above and got us checked in right away

People in the hotel is always willing to help, specially Miss Fatouma :). The hotel is very clean and rooms very comfortable. The menu is very diverse and food very delicious. I highly recommend to take the breakfast option

Very comfortable hotel - room is spacious and very nice with a huge bathroom. Location is good as is the buffet breakfast. So lucky to have booked this hotel during the current regional crisis as we are hunkering down for an indefinite period. The staff is very professional, helpful and understanding.
