I found a bed bug in my bed and showed a photo to the reception staff. Instead of taking the issue seriously, I was told that housekeeping would come and check if there were any bugs. It is obvious that bed bugs do not wait in plain sight to be found during a quick inspection. The room was also very hot when I entered. Due to concerns about hygiene and health, I left the hotel immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as guests' health could be at risk.
