I had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Johanna at the reception. From the very first moment, she welcomed us with such a warm smile and positive attitude that made us feel comfortable immediately. She was extremely professional, polite, patient, and always happy to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience, but Johanna truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, excellent communication, and friendly personality made our visit even more enjoyable. She handled everything smoothly and professionally while still making us feel special and valued. Location was good but the stuff was so terrible, the facilities wasn't to the high standards, dirt iron and iron board, water problem, room cleaning wasn't that good either, some of the reception stuff was so rude, one of receptionist she not there to help you but to show her bad attitude
