It's was our 2nd time at Rixos. Last time in 2024, the experience was great. This time though, there's quite a dip in standards! Went with another family and had requested for adjacent rooms. Not just that they couldn't provide us with that, kept us waiting for an hour for it and finally gave us 2 rooms in 2 different wings of the hotel. One in 1st floor and the other in 4th floor in different towers! We didn't have complimentary tea sachet in the room for which I kept calling for an hour around 10.30pm and even spoke to an housekeeping staff outside the room but nothing was delivered! Next morning I had to call again to get them delivered! We had only reasonable requests which were not assisted with! The management should consider the timing of the Meryal waterpark during summer. Start bit late and extend upto 8pm rather than closing exactly at 6pm during summer. Check in is at 3pm and by the time you are in the park almost an hour is gone and then you hardly get 2 hours in the park! People are staying only for the waterpark access. They should cover the wave pool and nearby kids water play area with lighter sunroof for some shade. Let the rides be the way they are but during peak summer it's hard for families to stay with kids under the 🌞🌞! I saw a lot of mothers and kids struggling in the heat without any protection or shade to stay under and enjoy the kids area and wave pool. Turquoise restaurant dining was good. Something for everyone. Staff and service was fair enough. I'm not telling the stay is bad but there can be improvements for the price we are paying for the stay especially at weekends. Thank you.

Overall, it was a good stay. The property is in a great location, the water park is excellent, and the rooms are newly renovated, modern, and very appealing.

The staff are good but there are too few of them. The hotel needs to create more activities and events and pay more attention to the guest experience.

Hotel was modern and very nice, rooms were spacious, food was was nice variety and good taste, entrance to waterpark was smoothly and we enjoyed it, waterpark is one of the best I ever been, with many many rides if you love water park this is 10/10 hotel for you, its bit further from center of city, but with taxi you in 12 min in place vendome and in 20 min everywhere else

Everything was fabulous 😍 food is delicious withmany options , pools are heated and safe for kids , kids club quiet but also have activities and the staff are very friendly , the kids day ending show was amazing , very clean , they help us to celebrate my daughter birthday and she like it Special thanks for Zenap from customer relations and omar from turquoise restaurant . The waterpark was amazing for both kids and adults. Thank u and will definitely visit again

Rixos has met my expectations, this hotel is par excellence and in line with the best of the best in the middle east. All my service expectations were met with great respect and professionalism. An asset to the hotel was mainly two people, Osama at the restaurant during dinner time and Oshadi at check in reception, They both need a special recognition from hotel management for the execution of their duties. Overall, the breakfast selection and dinner selection was super class, the water theme park was just as good and the service also up to high standard. Rixos you will definitely see me visiting and staying at your hotel again.
