Absolute nightmare experience - Do not book here! I booked a room well in advance, paid for it in full, and received a booking confirmation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff rudely informed me that no rooms were available. Instead of honoring my reservation, the manager forced me to move to another property owned by them, which turned out to be a terrible 2-star hotel with awful room conditions. To make matters worse, the front desk staff at the original hotel was incredibly rude and dismissive. They completely ignored my complaints and literally told me to "go outside," claiming they knew nothing about my booking. Absolute lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel manager was excellent, and the housekeeping manager, Raja, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
