I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at La Villa Palace Hotel, which took place on June 12, 2026. During my stay, the hotel's Wi-Fi service was consistently unreliable and frequently unavailable. This was a significant inconvenience, as I relied on the internet connection for essential tasks. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the hotel staff multiple times, no effective assistance was provided, and the problem remained unresolved throughout my visit.

I don't like anything there Service is too bad I booked standard king bedroom After I pay they said King size bedroom not available Available only normal room with 2 single bed..... In bedroom bedsheets too dirty flore also. WiFi not connecting anymore
