Iam a regular customer and I always book the room before i visit but the receptionists are always giving small double bed 😞 of which i booked a kingsize bed and the bathroom very small and if i confirm with them they will be like ooh sorry the rooms are all full so it's better take the available one am like why so what is the purpose of booking earlier? and am not a walking customer
