We had a wonderful time. Though there was a small concern hence they made sure that it is handled properly. Very professional people. Employees were accommodating and helpful from the security guard, welcome desk/reception Shanti the manager, Shafi from the restaurant, and the rest of the facility staff. . Thank you.

The hotel is extremely dirty; even the staff, unfortunately, lack proper customer service. I've seen hotels all over the world, and with all my travels, I've never seen such a filthy hotel.

We stayed at Element West Bay Doha for 10 days, and honestly, everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome everyone greeted us with a genuine smile, which instantly set the tone for our stay. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a lovely city view. But to be honest, the apartment itself was so stunning and comfortable that the view became secondary. Even the smallest request was handled efficiently when we realized there was no liquid detergent for the washing machine, housekeeping sent it immediately. Location wise, it couldn’t have been better. The beach and mall were within walking distance, making everything incredibly convenient. We hired a self-drive car, and parking was never an issue ample space was available, along with valet service if needed. Since we visited in February, the weather was pleasantly cool, and the heated indoor pool was the highlight for us. We truly enjoyed spending time there. The breakfast spread was also very good, adding to the overall experience. Compared to other properties in the area, the pricing was more reasonable yet the comfort, service, and experience were even better. Overall, it’s absolutely a must-stay in Doha. Highly recommended

Horribly dirty floors ! We were shown two two bed apartments and they were so dirty, disgusting! We had to cancel our booking and go find another hotel which made us late for the summit we were attending. I am still waiting for our full refund but the reservations team is quite unprofessional!
