“Great rooms but service and operations lag behind.”
Spacious, comfortable rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Well-equipped gym. Great location near the Corniche and malls. Breakfast felt basic for a 5-star hotel—mainly à la carte English breakfast with limited variety, limited vegetarian choices, and no fresh juices). No Netflix on the TVs, which is a letdown when you are stuck inside during hot summers in Doha.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was honestly perfect. The location is great, the facilities are excellent, and everything is well taken care of. But what truly made the difference for us was the staff. The doormen in particular were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I’ve experienced good service at other top hotels before, but here it felt real and sincere. You can actually feel when people truly care, and that was definitely the case here. The staff, especially the doormen, are the reason this hotel deserves a solid 10/10. We would absolutely come back.

Staff were excellent, especially Prajita at reception (10 out 10), location of hotel was perfect for access to City Centre Mall which gives you access to Red Line DECC Metro station...
