“Great stay at Al Najada Doha Hotel Apartments”

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel ambience was amazing, both inside and the surrounding courtyards. The hotel is conveniently located close to Souk Waqif, but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect and very convenient. I was especially impressed by their honesty and professionalism I accidentally left my wallet after checkout, and they kindly arranged to have it delivered all the way to my home country. Truly outstanding service!

The location was very central to be able to walk to everything. The cornice, Souq, museums etc The apartments were spacious and comfortable. Fabulous big beds and nice thick soft towels. The pool was lovely, the area around clean and plenty of towels. The pool guy ( I don’t know his name) was very pleasant and great with the kids. Playing games with them but also putting them right if running etc We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. All the staff pleasant and friendly and always spoke.

All the reviews here are telling the truth. Al Najada Hotel Apartments by Oaks is probably the best hotel in all of Qatar. Not to mention that Souq Waqif is literally right in front of you. What we liked: Staff: Everyone is extremely kind and always ready to help immediately. The breakfast team (especially the Nepalese gentleman) and the housekeeping team deserve special recognition. Cleanliness: Qatar is an incredibly clean country (which positively surprised us), and this hotel absolutely reinforced that impression. Rooms Problem-solving: When we checked into our room, we noticed that the water was collecting in the sink. We called reception, and the issue was fixed the very same day. Breakfast!!!! Simply 10/10. Small note: Hash browns would also be very nice ;)

Location was the most important aspect for us, and so we pick the hotel mainly for this reason. We also liked the fact that the hotel has an arabic vibe, both in therms of decoration and location, next to the souk.

The staff here are amazing, we have stayed here twice now and will be back for sure. Ali, the front desk assistant manager is an asset to Al Najada and there is also an Asian lady on the front desk (sorry I cannot remember her name) who really went beyond expectations booking us in early when our flight arrived way earlier than check in, she also let us stay later then the standard check out time. Thank you very much to the who Al Najada team, you all are amazing

The whole process from checking in with Esther at the front desk through to departing was incredible. The most remarkable aspect was the house keeping member of staff, I think his name is Avarinda. Nothing was too much trouble and he went far out of his way to ensure we were well stocked with water and offering support. He even created ‘towel animals’ which were amazing. If for nothing else, we would return to this hotel in order to see him again. If you want to go to Qatar and feel very cherished I would highly recommend this fabulous hotel and apartment complex.
