Absolutely Outstanding Stay – A Perfect Experience! I had such a wonderful time at this hotel that I don’t even know where to begin! Everything was just perfect — from the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly, professional staff who made me feel at home every single day. The breakfast was a true highlight: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a treat! The atmosphere in the dining area was calm and inviting, and the attention to detail was impressive. One of the things I appreciated the most was how the hotel cared for my mother while I wasn’t there. She arrived before me and had to wait alone, but during those days, the reception team — especially Esra and Mr. Hakan— was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. Esra was so helpful and genuinely friendly with my mom, which meant the world to me. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and professional. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply thankful. This hotel is not just a beautiful place to stay — it’s a place where people truly care. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

“Comfortable hotel with all mod cons”
Really great hotel with very good people at the reception. Rooms were comfortable and we had a view of Mount Ararat. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was nearby too and the location was great. The aircon was super-efficient!

“Good place to stay in the middle of town.”
Charming place in a rather old-fashioned sort of way, with spacious rooms. In a really good location right in the centre of town and close to lots of restaurants. Parking a bit tricky, but okay once you know where it is - down a tunnel opposite the hotel entrance. Simple breakfast on the top floor with partial views of Mt Ararat.

“Warm comfortable hotel”
Lovely friendly hotel in a great location. Nice clean room with great wifi. Our room has two chairs which was nice to sit in and read as we are travelling around a bit. Table and chairs on the balcony. View from the rooftop for breakfast.

Never got to the hotel. No where to park, really disappointed with this Hotel located in very old and run down part of town and there was no where to stop and even drop off the cases. Never got inside the hotel and decided to drive back to Van

“Very good hotel”
A very clean and good organized hotel. Stayed here the second time already and would always come back. Comfy beds, tasty breakfast and friendly stuff. Free parking available around the corner.

Surprisingly a really good hotel! Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was very big, clean and modern with air conditioning. It even had a stocked mini-bar (the first one of our whole trip in Turkey)! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and that of a 4 star hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here if you happen to be passing through this town.

everything! the best hotel in East-Turkey!!! highly recommended! They are super friendly, rooms are very big and very cleaned, nice breakfast bufet and free private parking in front of the hotel!

Great experience from the moment we checked in. Friendly and helpful staff, big comfortable rooms, and a nice spread for breakfast. The hotel is just a block from a nice street with lots of restaurants and there is a parking garage across the street. We would stay there again.
