Overview
Overlooking the ancient theatre of Dodoni, Mirtali Art Hotel combines artistic design with luxury accommodation. It opened in 2007 and harmoniously blends within its mountain environment. The rooms of Mirtali Art Hotel have been individually designed with imagination and attention to detail. They all offer views of the ancient theatre and Dodoni valley. Rooms boast comfortable beds with feather pillows, designer furniture and artwork and TV with free cable channels. Some also include a fireplace. Guests can enjoy snacks, coffee or an evening drink in the onsite bar with open views of the surroundings. Mirtali Art Hotel is located about 15 minutes' drive from Ioannina, the historical and vibrant capital of Epirus.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, all homemade and prepared with great care. What truly made my experience special was the warm hospitality. The host is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met—she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, waited for me very late at night to check me in, and shared plenty of useful information to make my trip easier. I felt truly cared for, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly stay.

“Greek hospitality at its best”
This hotel offers the most wonderful, friendly Greek hospitality. Our room was immaculately clean and had a large balcony with a nice view to the Dodoni Amphitheatre. It was incredibly peaceful. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations.

It has been a while since we stayed at the Art Hotel, but it is still wonderful and the owners are still just as pleased to meet people and see returning guests. We had a wonderful night, shame it wasnt longer!

“An oasis of luxury in Greece”
The best breakfast we eat in Greece! Very large and unique foodstuffs, such as mountain tea - and a really good omelette. Plus home made cake. Very highly recommended!!!

Wonderful location, easily visited from new Igoumenitsa to Ioannina road. Perfect for visiting Dodoni archaeological site. Beautiful building with tremendous views. Katerina and her mother, Marianthi, are excellent hosts. Very enjoyable breakfast based on local produce.

“Amazing hotel worth the detour”
Everything was great from the first moment. We were nicely surprised by how well the hotel was decorated. There were personal touches in every aspect of the interior. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was really friendly all the time. We basically felt home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It is totally worth the trip.

High up in the hills with the friendliest host - Katerina - who made us feel extra special! The view is outstanding - high up the hill with a great few of the ancient theatre of Bodoni! Breakfast was amazing - the table was loaded with delicacies (thank you mom!) - we were only able to sample a few....it was just too much!
