“A wonderful place!”

Edmon Villa is a wonderful place. You have an entire flat to yourself, as well as your own garden and, directly behind it, a private spot on the beach. There is very stable and fast Wi-Fi, and each room has a very powerful air conditioner that cools the temperature down within minutes. It's also a perfect place for families. Anurudda and his family are wonderful hosts. They really did everything they could to make me feel at home! They cooked delicious meals for me, and when I asked if they could show me how to prepare them, they gave me a private cooking class. They also offered me local fruits, fresh coconuts, and wonderful fresh fruit juices. When I left early in the morning, they insisted on accompanying me to the railway station (although it was only a short distance) because they didn't want me to walk there alone in the dark. How caring! I come to Sri Lanka almost every year and have been to many places. I can truly say that this is one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed at. Thank you very much for your great hospitality and the wonderful week I was able to spend with you. I wish you all the best!

“Love the beach”

Amazing stay in a great location. Close enough for a tuk tuk ride to Galle or Hikkaduwa .We stayed in August 2025 and we are telling our friends and family about this beautiful place. We have visited Sri Lanka on numerous occasions, but this time we wanted a quick quiet break.The host and his family was very kind,helpful and friendly with us from the begining. Thanks for the great hospitality. The indoor bathroom! So clean. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely return one day.

“One of the best placed I have had the pleasure to visit during my 50 years.”

The warmth and kindness of our host was uncomparable. We stayed here 3 nights already before and came back to enjoy another time. We Finns are introverts not appreciating the push by the hosts. Here, nothing like that - instead, well timed sensitive suggestions appreciating our privacy. Clean rooms in very good condition, speedy wifi and efficient a/c. Also on the glassed terrace. Impressive beach with nice (and big) waves. The service was best we have received so far - anticipating our needs in advance. E.g. fixing dinners in the in-house kitchen with local specialities (jumbo shrimps, tuna, crabs, barbeque chichen). Local fruits & juices ad well. Building bonfires all evenings for us! Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at EDMON BEACH VILLA, where the hosts provided exceptional hospitality and maintained a spotless property. The location offered easy access to local attractions while still being peaceful, and the direct beach access was a fantastic perk.
