Great host, nice location, amazing views, clean and great value for money.

Location and view are nice

Well equipped room / apartment with amazing view on the grape valley. Our host, Luca was well prepared with leaflets about the restaurants, wineyards & programs nearby, having all info pre-collected at our had was very useful & made our planning really efficient. We would heat with the AC. The pool is also nice, but in October it was too cold, so we could not use it.

The host was amazing and helped us point to many points of interest. Luka was always available and around when necessary. The apartment itself is pretty spacious and everything you may need, is available. The surroundings are amazing, as is the view from the apartments and there's plenty to do for a few days.

Cosy appartement with a view of the valley and a clean pool. The host (Luca) was super friendly and helpful with every question. Good location to visit the Vipolze vineyards.

“Near Italy”

Small but comfortable apartment, clean and bright. It was October and a bit cold, but the owners helped us with the air conditioning and the temperature was perfect.

It's cheap and cheerful. We did not spend much time at the apartment. It was were we slepted. The shower was good, plenty of hot water. No hair dryer in the room, but one was immediately delivered when requested. Luka is very personable,easy to get a hold off and communicate with. We had a room with a view of vineyards. It was lovely!

The views were spectacular, the accommodation very convenient for local wine tasting, a bar within walking distance and many local restaurants to sample. Good area for cycling and Luka the host was particularly helpful with local recommendations.

“Stunning Views at Zoi Apartments”

We had an amazing stay at Zoi Apartments in Goriška Brda, often called the "Slovenian Tuscany." Luca, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our No. 5 apartment offered a breathtaking private view of the vineyards and rolling hills, and the ample parking space made everything convenient (we arrived with a bigger van). Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

The view and the pool are delightful. Do not forget to visit the Konvin winebar down the street, very cosy and good foor and wine. Luka as a host is very friendly and will give you some nice tips for local things to visit.

“A memorable stay right in the middle of Goriska brda hills”

Everything was excellent, located right in the middle of Goriška brda hills, with gorgeous views; also nearby open roof bar reachable by foot; and the host was super nice. We loved our app with the terrace, and watching the sunrise & sunsets on it. Highly recommended!

“Great little holiday resort”

The views are breathtaking and the garden with pool is very beautiful! We had the studio apartment with balcony which was great for a couple. The pool area is very comfortable. Luka is great host, who even shared the harvest from his vegetable garden with the guests. Best value for money during our 2 weeks in Slovenia.
