Very comfortable little wooden house if you are travelling with your pet. Quiet and with easy access to the restaurant.

The staff is very polite and ready to help. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The SPA area is good. I would definitely recommend massages.

The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool) are very good. Moreover there is a playground for football and tennis. The complex is very spacious and offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.

The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley. The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available. The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

The location is extremely beautiful, green and nice. The food was not perfect but good. The spa was working which is very nice after a long walk at the mountain. The relax room was amazing. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. If you have children it is the right place .

Staff was nice and polite! There weren't many people while I was staying and it was good. The facilities (pool and sauna, game areas) were working and maintained. The lobby area with working fireplace was a nice place to stay and relax. The meals were quite modest on selection but considering the value and time of the year - it was acceptable although nothing to remember.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings in a charming town! Well maintained yard, pool and spa zone. The staff not so fluent in English, but nevertheless friendly and helpful. I wrote some things what I did not like about this hotel, but still I would recommend it to anyone, who wants a calm relaxation surrounded by mountains.
