“Lovely hotel in a nice location”

Clean, cosy, very traditional style. All the staff were very friendly. They have lovely indoor pool with mineral water and jacuzzi, very clean and nice sauna and steam bath that they switched on for us. The garden is so beautiful and the flowers are everywhere. For breakfast -go for mekica . We got a huge mekica the size of a plate, not oily, but very fluffy. The pancakes and sandwiches were delicious too.

Beds were extremely comfy, I'd come back just for them. The jaccuzzi was also really welcomed, the whole family enjoyed. Personels were really polite. Restaurant is offering good quality product although perhaps with too big portions as per standards.

“A beautiful place to relax in with convenient access to mountains for skiing and hiking.”

We had a spacious room with balcony overllooking the park. Excellent bathroom. Natural spa water jacuzzi. Very good food in the restaurant. Excellent service. Free parking just outside. The facade of this small hotel is beautiful and there is a great view of the mountains.

For 3rd year in a row we come here. Everything was great, the room, the staff, the spa. The breakfast was amazing as always. It's great value for money.

“Just book this wonderful place!”

First of all the stuff! I have been living in Sofia and travelled in Bulgaria in the last 10 years and it is very hard to find smiley people and good service. The people were amazing, from the woman serving breakfast to the receptionist and waiters. The kruchma is in front of beautiful mountains, it has a big garden with flowers and plants very well kept and delicious food! Room is big, with powerful shower and we had an amazing balcony with the seating area. Inside mineral pool and 2 jacuzzi: one inside and one outside, super nice to spend the sunset. Breakfast: lot of choices: mekizi, prinzesi, omelette, palachincki, soups and more. Great coffee too! What to ask for? Just some more time to stay there. Thank you! We will be back! This is an exceptional place to stay in. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was in excellent condition, very quiet (didn't hear anything from the next door rooms), with beautiful furniture and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. There was a little hallway connecting the room with the bathroom and the entrance door was given extra sound proofing. The restaurant was nicely decorated in a traditional style and the food was delicious. Don't skip the breakfast; strongly recommend it :))) We tried mekitsi and grilled sandwiches with minced meat and cheese. There are spa amenities which include sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and more and they were included in the price, it was so relaxing to take a sauna and jacuzzi after a long ski day:)) I had a great experience there and definitely will go there again.
