Location is beautiful! The accommodation is clean and spacious, you can find here all necessary furniture and equipment. The host Andjela is very friendly and helpful! The food in tavern was tasty. I would definitely recommend Vila Montana for a stay

It was located in a beautiful location right next to the Tara bridge and river, right in the midst of the Durmitor National Park. The rooms very clean, and the host was very welcoming and helpful. They have a lot of information about things to do in the area, and very kindly offer to organize activities if guests want. There is also a restaurant, which also serves very nice food!

The hotel is located in a truly stunning setting, surrounded by mountains on all sides. The air is exceptionally clean, and the peaceful silence at night makes it an ideal place to rest. Waking up to such views was a real pleasure. We booked both breakfast and dinner, and the quality was consistently good. The homemade rakija was excellent. There is also a children’s playground on site with plenty of toys, and our daughter had a great time playing with Ivan, the owner’s son. Families with kids will definitely feel comfortable here. In addition, the plums from their garden were among the tastiest I’ve ever tried. As a suggestion, getting a charcoal grill would take the dinners to a whole new level!

A wonderful place, surrounded by mountains, very peaceful, very quiet, very green, a place where we connected with nature and with our souls. Andjela, our host, made us felt very welcomed, she was always there for us with very useful information about the surroundings, the trails to hike, the places to visit, the activities to do and she also cooked for us delicious breakfasts and dinners, which we enjoyed in the garden, under the trees. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. The several trails we hiked, started just nearby, and we enjoyed great views, pristine forests, a magical lake and the great Tara river.

Stunning location in the Tara Gorge sort of in the middle of nowhere! But heh, that’s EXACTLY why you’d book this place!! It’s pure unadulterated simplicity for those wanting a beautiful, peaceful, inspirational stay. “Central City” it is Not! Relaxing, stunning - it is! Do not hesitate to book with Andjela and her family and do NOT miss out a swim in the Tara river a 20 minute Beautiful walk through breathtaking nature (not suitable for infirm). It’ll take your breath away too….but in another way also!! Kind host.

Great place for reast. Perfect nature.

It’s located directly between the mountains and has an amazing view, a few nice walking trails are also just around the corner. If you like to stay at a place away from the crowds, this is it. Our little apartment was more spacious than expected, very comfortable and clean and Andjela, our host, very lovely. We would have liked to stay longer, if we’d known in advance, how beautiful it would be with the surrounding nature. Thank you :)

Hi, travelling by car the location goes on beautiful roads by Tara bridge, mountains and river. By staying there feel like being in the village, so charming and cozy. The breakfast and dinner you can order from meniu additionally and are absolutely tasty. The hostess are very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Thank you so much :)

The food was amazing! The place was calm and in a beautiful peaceful part of the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were always available, very kind and helpful. But the food was really the best part about this place!

Exceptional place in the canyon near fantastic Tara river. Comfortable house with everything needed. Our sleep was perfect.

The food was great and reasonably priced. Hosted reacted to messages very promptly and communication went very smoothly. When driving, be careful of the stones on the road close to this accommodation (not the fault of the accommodation).
