“Gorgeous place near river”

Property is in a very beautiful place. While eating breakfast you can see and hear river right next to you. Host was very helpful- if you need any activities organized, he is your guy. Place was clean. We had breakfast at restaurant for additional 8,5 eur/person you get to choose from menu (omlette, schnitzel, eggs, pancakes) and drink (juice/tea/coffee). Portions for breakfast was pretty big too.

The location is great ,the room is fairly nice, the food served is great especially the local cow cheese

Staff and location

Really amazing place! The photos showing the terrace tables overlooking the Tara springs stream are not misleading, except it is much better in real life when you can see and hear the stream close up. Staff (Max and Stefan?) were really friendly and helpful, with good advice on local walks and activities, we went swimming in beautiful Tara River and walked straight from the hotel.

Thanks Max for organizing a stay for me at such late notice. Nice hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. Had a good dinner at the restaurant. Would love to come back again next summer!

“Ignore maps, this place is a gemstone!”

Beautiful location and kind staff. Really liked the reception area with fun details, laid back atmosphere. Being surrounded by this kind of nature is such a blessing. Ignore Google maps, you can get here just fine and you do not want to miss it. Just pay attention to the instructions about the roadblock a few miles away. It's a shame it's still there. Trust me, don't miss out on this lovely hotel. Nice restaurant, breakfast with great coffee and comfortable beds, we had the best sleep. Walk down by the springs, it's beautiful!

“Great place”

This is a great place. Everything was pleasant and special. Especially the sounds of the spring water. The room we were in was large, spacious and clean. Max was very helpful and helped with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant there where we had dinner and breakfast and everything was very tasty and fresh.

Staff were great,very helpful, food was good. Got a pretty descent room, nice clean bathroom and comfortable beds.

Loved it. We stayed in a bare and simple chalet just how I like and max helped us with the directions (google maps is completely wrong). Waking up in the nature was incredible and the sound of the river running below is very relaxing. Great breakfast and overall great people all around.

“Beautiful scenic stay!”

Lovely location, beautiful scenery surround the hotel! The food was lovely, Daniel checked us in and was just great! Breakfast is 6 euro and it is lovely! The stream by the reatursnte was just gorgeous and you can also walk down from it.

Amazing place with great view and access to trails and hikes. Great staff with positive attitude. Nice restaurant with great view

“Hotel in the middle of nature”

Very nice place in the center of nature next to a river and hiking spots. Max was kind enough to help us organise a horse riding trail. He speaks good english which helps ! The good restaurant is a plus as we could have dinner and breakfast at the hôtel!

Loads of options to sit around the hotel, staff really really friendly, fresh towels every day, nice food, good breakfast menu. Emersed in nature.

“A lovely little mountain hideaway”

The location is beautiful, as Hotel Ravnjak is surrounded by forested mountains, with a lovely stream running right past the outdoor restaurant area. The main building itself and the facilities are fairly simple, but our room was comfortable and clean and the staff were really helpful. The restaurant's location is beautiful, and the food is really tasty as well as being good value. It's great for kids, as there's a nice little playground on site, and Max and colleagues suggested child-friendly activities and trips (including horse riding which was wonderful). You probably need a car, as the hotel is quite a way past Mojkovac along the very scenic P4 road, but if you've got one then this is a great base for exploring the area. We had a great time and hope to come back one day!
