Exceptional Family run hotel in the most exquisite location. The people were super friendly and most helpful. It really is a little piece of heaven in the middle of nowhere. I would say only suitable for the people that appreciate the finer things in life. Thank you to Tina and her family for a wonderful stay, and for preparing some amazing meals.

We liked the owners best, Tina, Anna, Marissa and Alberto and their lovely mum. The location was fabulous and the views stunning. The hotel was perfect and the food yummy. Hospitality from our hosts was outstanding but informal and without being overbearing. The were always ready to help us if we needed it and we would definitely like to visit again.

We loved the location of La Posada de Cucayo. It felt quiet and tranquil, with lots of options for beautiful hikes up into the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself was lovely and the owners were incredibly friendly! We felt really looked after. Their restaurant for dinners serves lovely food that is prepared using veg from their garden and meat from their own chickens and cattle. The included breakfast is more than substantial but if you want more, there is a small menu to order extras!
