Some places are nice, and then there are places like this villa that genuinely stay with you. We spent a few days here as a group of friends, and it struck the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The space feels open and bright, with a natural flow that makes it easy to relax and settle in. The rooms are inviting, the kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is arranged with real attention to detail. Time outside quickly became part of our daily routine. Whether it was slow mornings by the pool or winding down together in the evening, the setting made it easy to enjoy every moment. A big part of what made the stay so seamless was the host, Kerim. He was truly splendid. Always approachable, quick to help, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly, without ever overstepping. By the end of the trip, it felt less like a rental and more like a place we would return to without hesitation.

This is a great place for a larger group of people 😇 5 bedrooms - each with a separate bathroom (some with hydromassage bathtub or sauna!), plus extra bathroom downstairs in common area. There’s a huge kitchen and the whole villa is very spacious. The host was very communicative and helpful. It’s close to the city center and beach bar. Views from the windows are amazing - you can see mountains and sea too. Pool was great - with many sunbeds around. BBQ is also huge and there is a space to sit and eat outside. We didn’t have any problems during our stay 🥰 IT WAS GREAT!!!

I had a fantastic weekend stay with friends! The owner was incredibly friendly and always available to answer our questions. The house is absolutely beautiful, located in a peaceful area, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the summer!

The location of the villa was excellent. Very close to the beach. The villa is modern, well equipped and the pool was amazing. The host was very nice and answered every question that I asked. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I rented two villas. They have a lot of space and clean water in the pools. The kitchens are well equipped, and the rooms are of lower standards. The price-quality ratio is very good. Great view! Pictures are better than reality. Great host!

Villa and location fabulous. Pool was a good size and kept very clean, and the local beach access for the villas so easy and convenient. Tatyana extremely helpful and easily contactable. Beautifully quiet and peaceful despite being very close to a much busier beach and town.

Just location, that’s it!!!!! Houses are built 10 years ago, nothing was changed until now!!!! The pictures on Booking are 10 years old!!!!!

We had a great holiday with a group of 24 friends, incl kids, in Royal Villas. The location is lovely: amazing sea views, swimming pools, beach club with food&drinks (good cocktails, good ice coffee, fresh juices), and perfect hosting by Tatyana, who went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Tatyana arranged airport transfer, rental cars, a barbecue night with karaoke etc., and can be reached through Whatsapp: very convenient! The villa's are superspacious and comfortable, with good airconditioning, bathrooms on every floor, etc. Not everything is new/functioning (like the jacuzzi's), but we definately recommend the accommodation despite it's few flaws. The kids enjoyed the playroom, beds for the toddlers were arranged, there was a child seat at the restaurant, and staff were friendly and accomodating. There are lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance, which was great since only part of our group wanted to rent a car. Dobra Voda was very busy (summer season) so it was always a pleasure to come back "home" at Royal Villas and enjoy the relaxed athmosphere.

The property was lovely with everything we needed to have the best time, with local amenities a very short walking distance, as well as the gorgeous views and beach bar. The staff were lovely and so accommodating also, which made our stay even better.
